Call it what you want but that 80 yr old man has done nothing of note to help improve this team.  He can go stay in assisted living for all i care and you can feed and clothes him.  I doubt if Jalen put his hands on the old man he would gain anything so he did what he thought was necessary.  You sound dumb thinking he punked anybody lol.  You must have been beat up by an elderly adult before and have some fear of abuse.
