That's exactly why I said give him the rest of the season. With the number of picks we have the priority #1 for the next two seasons is to come away with a bona fide franchise QB. Not a decent QB that we can win with if we have an all star cast surrounding him. We're seeing now just how fleeting all star casts can be. And no it's not crazy to think a guy with as much college playing experience as Minshew would be better than Haskins right away considering Haskins main worry was his lack of experience. It was a dereliction of duty that the Redskins threw him into the fire they did. And it cost the coach his job, deservedly so.

What bonafide QB are you talking about or want from this class? This season is far from over, we have as good a chance as any team in the AFC outside of KC and Houston.  I think we win our division and when you make the playoffs anything can happen.  Win Sunday and we are back at .500.  QB is the last position we need, we ghave 2 good ones and 1 could possibly be great while setting rookie records.  We need to build talent at other positions if this team wants to succeed in the future

So you are saying Haskins should sit for a year then he will be good?  Why cant Minshew sit behind Foles for a year and get even better like you think Haskins should sit, Minshew already has records and he hasnt had the luxury to learn behind a vet and it's not like he has an All Pro cast surrounding him.  Gruden was fired because he dont have a QB and he didnt want Haskins, so he put him in there to show why he didnt want him and Haskins did just that
