They have gone against convention and are rotating the OL regularly. Maybe they try that with Foles to see how he plays with the OL.

They are only rotating RG -  and lately it's been mostly Cann with a few series of Richardson. 

Any other changes (Ogbuehi) have been due to injury or them adding an extra lineman (as eligible rec) on run sets.
