Well TBH I wish more people had the same outlook as you, but society just doesn't think that way. Nevertheless, I appluade you and others who have a open mind.

 

There is still a huge inequality when it comes to race and opportunity from the playing/coaching and ownership field all the way to the economic and education field.

 

Im proud as a African-American of Russell Wilson becoming the second black QB to win the SB. It just goes to show African-Americans and other minorities can quarterback (lead) a football team to victory.  

 

Minorities like Tomlin and Rivera are making the strides in coaching. I just cant wait until the day I see more minorities or African American majority owners of NFL teams.
