In that case they should be saying they like all the players and dont know who they are leaning towards to get somebody to trade up, and not saying they are leaning to the two QBs with the biggest question marks.
They have been talking up every player. They have said they like Teddy, Clowney, Manziel and Bortles at different times since they found out they were getting the #1 pick.
