I just think we need a culture change, the old school Coughlin way has long been a favorite of mine, but things have changed drastically in the last 3-5 years.. we need a young, updated coaching staff who fits the mold of today’s NFL. I believe the days of old smash-mouth football and a statue QB are evading us unfortunately.. luckily I believe we have some key pieces in place in order to make the change much smoother.. we’ll see.
