Perhaps he should have added unless they do something of worth. Then make sure you point out the color of their skin.

 

I've never understood the philosophy of wanting to remove race from the equation, as it should be, but then bringing it up over every little thing.  Have your cake and eat it too, I guess. Either this should be a colorblind nation or not. Pick one.
