Think about it. $10 basically covers a beer in the stadium, so I can walk into the book at LVH next month, place my $10 wager on the Jags at 100-1 odds and drink a couple of free beers while there. So, if nothing else, I'll drink $10 worth of beer for my investment and IF the unexpected does happen, I cash in a nice payday. Why not? Now, if we were talking thousands of dollars, no, that would not be a bet I would make. |
