I feel like him coming out saying that is like a slight towards the Jags. But maybe I'm looking too much into it.

If anything losing a player of his caliber is just further proof the Jags are a poorly ran front office.

Not a slight. 

He's in a better situation and wants to stay there. Reasonable. 
 The Jags are in lame duck territory with major changes imminent. 
These are merely facts.  I wish Robinson well in Chi. or elsewhere. 

The Jags are in a good place at receiver and have the draft capital to add another quality target in from a very deep 2020 draft class of receivers.
