Substance abuse + PEDs. Don't know what that PED would have been, could easily have fallen under the, "I didn't know Testemaxxxoderm contained XYZ," umbrella, but it was enough for the league to feel the need to differentiate. At some point teams are going to tire of giving him chances. If he sits out the 2020 season and is reinstated again prior to 2021, he'll be 30 years old and be coming off his 7th suspension (not all for substance abuse). I think this might be the point at which the NFL tires of him.
