The NFL suspended indefinitely Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Josh Gordon on Monday for violating league policies on performance enhancers and substances of abuse.

I think this may finally be the end of the road for Gordon. Still think we need to decriminalize pot, though.

Substance abuse + PEDs. Don't know what that PED would have been, could easily have fallen under the, "I didn't know Testemaxxxoderm contained XYZ," umbrella, but it was enough for the league to feel the need to differentiate. If he sits out the 2020 season and is reinstated again prior to 2021, he'll be 30 years old and be coming off his 7th suspension (not all for substance abuse). I don't see how he gets another shot really.
The NFL has given him at least 3 chances now.
NFL teams have given him 2nd chances. (Browns, Pats, Seahawks) and there's a dozen dudes coming out every year from college.

Also... he wasn't that good with Pats or Seahawks. He's no longer the elite threat he was in his early years with Browns.
