If he does announce they are staying and ticket sales plummet, it may be too late to re-visit the decision to keep them. All the top coaching candidates will probably be gone by then and we'd just end up with another re-tread that no one else wanted. He needs to be smart and dump the coaching staff at least. He needs to do it on black Monday in order to show the fans that he is trying to right this ship. If he keeps everyone, it is basically telling the fans that he doesn't care about how well the team does, as long as he's making money. Fans need to send a message that we won't stand for the status quo.
