Maybe Shad understands that the Jags will never win a Super Bowl because the NFL will never allow the Jags to APPEAR in a Super Bowl because of the massive ratings hit and lowered gambling action. So he goes along with the scheme, pocketing a few hundred million a year while the team is worth another few hundred million a year. We know the NFL wants to move a team to London. They would need a compliant owner, a team with minimal tradition, a dwindling fanbase, etc. We're right in that wheelhouse.
