Mettenberger in the second round too high?

I'm not so sure that draft position for mettenburger is a reflection on talent.
I for one admit to not being very knowledgable on mettenburger. But I think that if he can be had in a later round then perhaps it is worth the risk. I'm not so sure that many teams are going to be thinking about him until much later round say fourth- sixth, due to his injury alone. I don't think he would be worth the reach in the second. Now if he starts blowing people away in workouts then maybe things could change. I've only watched him three times, one was against Georgia where I thought looked impressive. Another against tcu, which was the first game and I came away unimpressed, and the third against florida where he wasn't asked to do a whole lot. |
