"Seldom scrambles" is a red flag unless he throws like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady. There is no reason to think a team without a good offensive line should have a QB who can't scramble. We don't run a hurry-up offense. You are crazy if you think we have the ability to protect a quarterback who can't scramble.
