You can't measure whether a guy is a game manager with just seasonal stats. It's why people get so confused over what makes a guy a game manager. Game managers are QBs that can only manage the offense, rather than elevating it.

A good example of a stat that shows Dalton's true level is how he performs in the 4th quarter of close games. His passer rating dips 10 points under his season average and he throws more INTs than TDs.
