Scrambling isn't necessarily a good thing.
 

The ability to scramble is always a good thing for the times he needs to do it.

I never made a baseless assumption. I am just saying the possibility is there unless a different reason he rarely scrambles is clearly specified.

 

Why is that so hard to understand?
