I vote the same number. You always move a lot of personnel entering camp and exiting camp. If you run a full camp that's about sixty-plus roster moves right there. 53-man roster balloons to what 80? 27 in and 27 out. Add in about ten to twenty during camp.
The way roster moves are counted, the same guys you cut and re-sign during the season for roster spots are moved over and over again...each time it counts.
