And like I said, having the resources doesn't mean jack. Its far more likely we take the 1st, or 2nd best OT off the board at #9, than it is trading back up into the teens for the 3rd or 4th best OT. It also makes far better sense value wise to just take one at 9.

Not if they have them rated pretty equal like a lot does.  It makes much more sense to get a Derrick Brown or Kinlaw at 9 and then move up to get one of the tackles.  Just because a team tackes one of the tackles before us doesn't mean hes the best.  We might even have our tackles rated differently than some of the other teams.
