I get the logic of just tagging him and making him play next season but we will just be here again next year and do we really want to pay $20m to a guy that clearly wants out. We have enough guys not earning their pay.

Plus look at the Ramsey situation. Make yourself enough of a problem and youll get your way. 

Caldwell has 3 big tests this offseason

* Yans contract
* Those 2 first round picks
* Improving the roster balancing cuts and FA
