Forget the past failures we've had in free agency.

The NFLPA hammered this franchise in a letter to all of the players.  I've never seen that before.  Ever.

The players around the league see how every good player leaves skidmarks trying to get out of here.

The London thing isn't helping, to say nothing about the national recognition that will never come your way because they play in Jacksonville.

Ngakoue wants to get paid like the top DE in the league when his level is nowhere near that.
Bouye was expensive and has been slightly above average the last 2 seasons, not worth his contract.

This is the same guy that gave 2 or 3 years more to Bradley when he clearly didn't derserve that... he is a genius though
