You gotta look at this logically.

They have a VERY slim chance of winning games this upcoming season. The best thing to do is get picks for players that don’t fit into your long term plans. Campbell has been phenomenal but he’s older and won’t be a Jaguar next season regardless.

Mentoring is overrated anyway. A lot of good that Poz mentoring did once he left.

I am looking at this logically, people want to win but then want to trade our best player for a 3rd round pick lol.  If Minshew improves we have a pretty good chance at winning games.  I'm not gonna say we have a slim chance of winning because I dont even know what our roster will look like.  Plenty of players in the history of the game talked about different veteran players mentoring them and saying they wouldn't be where they are if it wasnt for that person, Campbell is that guy.  I dont think Allen would of had the season he had if it wasnt for CC, and Allen has even talked about what CC has helped him.  If you work with the best you will be better in pretty much anything you do in life
