You gotta look at this logically.

They have a VERY slim chance of winning games this upcoming season. The best thing to do is get picks for players that don’t fit into your long term plans. Campbell has been phenomenal but he’s older and won’t be a Jaguar next season regardless.

Mentoring is overrated anyway. A lot of good that Poz mentoring did once he left.

Mentoring is not overrated. Telvin Smith was a headcase. Just because Poz' mentorship didn't click doesn't mean it should be stopped around the world.
