If we’re being honest Garrard was below average. We got great value in the 4th round as much as a team could ever get, but he was below average. On his best days he was slightly above average.
Brunell’s best game was probably 375 yards and 4 TDs (hypothetical) Bortles best day was probably in a blow out when we were losing 50-0 at halftime but he finished with 350 yards and 4 TDs. Garrard’s best day was Probably 286 yards and 3 TD’s. He forced throws he couldn’t make and he limited our offense to slants and roll outs. He was very below average. But hey that’s just my opinion.
