I have no doubt Ramsey puts in work physically. I think he suffers when it comes to his ego. He needs to take accountability for when decides to call an audible and it fails. He believes if his gut tells him to do something, he should do it. Sometimes, he's successful. The reality is that he is not trusting his other teammates to do their jobs when he does that. He leaves his teammates high and dry, then passes the buck when they fail to make up for his decision. Additionally, he has a me first mentality. That doesn't mean he doesn't want his team to win. I just think that means, when his team loses, it was them, not him. This is how Ramsey needs to mature. He has all the talent in the world, but he lacks the maturity to know what it is to lead and play disciplined football... not for himself, but for the other players on his team.
