You can't have any kind of sustained winning when you let talent like this leave, especially of you don't have a franchise QB that you are paying.  When you add poor player development to the mix (warhop)...one winning season in the last 12 years is what you get.

Out of the 2 players that left, A Rob is the only one I think we should regret letting go.  It was Highway robbery for what we got for Ramsey and Smith hasnt been right since Poz left.  Yan is still here and has the worst agent in all of sports and is realizing he made a huge mistake in not taking the money last year, more than any other team would be willing to give him. I bet Yan plays this year for the Jags

If Yan comes to his senses, fires his agent and re-signs with us, then the record isn't so bad.  If Yan stays, the Chaisson pick becomes a way of replicating the 2017 edge rusher rotation.

But to have Yan leave, on top of all of the other guys is NOT conducive to winning.
