Shenault has another gear with the ball in his hands. He looks to score much like a Steve Smith with some Sammy Watkins in him too.

I also read somewhere CJ Henderson really rans a 4.1 but he didn't out of respect for Chris Johnson, Ross and mostly for Deion Sanders.

And there's already people in here that want him to take over Marrone after this year 

Gruden was a fantastic OC, and I think if he had the ability to be HC for a team that wasn't a dumpster fire from ownership on down to roster he probably would have been successful.  He finally got a good QB in Smith and then he got Theisman'd.

Unfortunately, our team is also a dumpster fire from ownership on down, so it's doubtful he'd have success here either.
