Complaining about Trump's early actions is pure TDS. Trump followed the advice of experts, just as any other person in his position would have done. Those statements were based on the expert opinion at the time they were made. The only times Trump went against expert opinion were 1) stopping incoming flights from China (except for American citizens) and 2) overriding government regulations that slowed down the response. Both of those, while not enough, were useful and more than any other POTUS would have done.

Trump took inadequate measure several weeks too late. That's all he's done. 

Too little. Too late.

Cuomo ordering nursing homes to accept those released from hospitals is a fact. Calling it "deranged" just proves you looked in the mirror.
