Cuomo ordering nursing homes to accept those released from hospitals is a fact. Calling it "deranged" just proves you looked in the mirror.

Cuomo's directive to make space in hospital wards that were overrun because of Trump's month's of failures and inaction was a mistake by Cuomo during a crisis that could have been mitigated. 

Cuomo's directive affected 4500 patients and was scrapped weeks later. It was a mistake. 
It does not wash the blood from Trump's hands. 

Cuomo's hospital wards would not have been strained to the point of releasing recovering patients to other facilities had Trump not sat on his hands for nearly 3 months before taking inadequate measures that continue to lack to date.
