OK --- that makes much more sense.  I should have figured since we would not likely bring in a 5'9" DB weighing 179 specifically for his high upside with regard to defending receivers.

This is why he was drafted as a late round pick (7th round).. He has 4.2/4.3 speed and was brought in for return duty.
