Agreed.  I understand that he may have been a little immature and a bit of a locker room cancer, but it speaks to two constantly recurring themes since 2013:  (a) choosing to bring in "bad" character players; and (b) not establishing a positive culture of mutual respect within the team.  Every team is going to a few have guys with abrasive personalities, but the good teams understand how to develop their culture and manage these players to align their goals with the organization.  The city of Jacksonville has a lot to sell with a great climate, cheap cost of living, and no state income tax.  With the right leadership, players should be chomping at the bit to come here.  Instead, they are dying to leave and are grateful to end up in CLEVELAND, of all places.  Think about that for a second.
