JFC, if your response is I disagree without explaining why you disagree with his post/point/argument than you are ignoring his post.  He took time to respond to you, gave you a well thought out response, backed it up with numbers, etc...  Its is okay to disagree.  But seems weak to not even give the poster the time of day when they responded to your post and just say, well that is how I feel.  Okay, explain.  Why do you feel his argument has no relevance to the minority coaching argument?  Why do the odds, which he presented, not matter?  What is even worse is you state you saw no value (again completely dismissing his post) while never explaining why it has no value in the argument.
