All that being said, it was still the sort of brain fart moment that gets examined under a microscope.  He has had a few of these so far and they will probably pester his teams the rest of his career.  

If I were Tampa, I am not really worried about this being an insult towards his old team.  I am much more concerned that he wants to ride the passing game's coat tails.  Typically RBs like him want to impose the running game on their opponents.  I don't care if there are 8 in the box, you can't stop us.  That is the attitude that worked in 2017 for him, but for whatever reason he lost that.

He's a good player, but not a difference maker.  He signed for 2.5 mil with the Bucs.  

He's just a guy. Talent, but no deep in the heart drive to be great.  Bye-bye to another annoyance and headache.
