I wouldn't presume to know why those players wanted out of Jacksonville so badly. I could wager a guess, but I wouldn't presume to know like you do. You seem eager to blame it on Caldwell, that's fine, you do what you want. Reality of the situation is that Caldwell is the least likely front office member to be any way responsible for Diva All-Stars to spiral out of control. The guy hardly even sees the players.

Obviously Caldwell stole your lunch money, I'm sorry man I'll bring an extra sandwich to school tomorrow. Thankfully the people who's opinions matter have decided to keep him on board for now. Hopefully he'll outlive Marrone's Tenure as well.

Pretty easy to understand why. If you’re a self serving individual looking for fame and glory- it’s pretty tough to hitch your ride to the NFL’s red headed step child. This team is barely a blip on the national stage. If you have no prior connection with this city, what would make you want to play here? It’s not money- you can get that and more somewhere else... 

Look at how hard it is for a Jag to make it to the HOF. Just saying...
