I don't blame him one bit for taking advantage of something he specifically had put into his contract when hired. He didn't "quit" on Buffalo, though many don't see that. I live in Western NY and people hate him, not so much for while he was there, but they're bitter he got them to a winning season and then left and they sucked for a whole again.

This is correct.

He was also winning with Kyle Orton at QB and behind the scenes was being forced or pressured into playing EJ Manuel, iirc.
