Since the therapist, Biden, Jill knew this was happening, they all have a legal responsibility to report it. The therapist and Jill have to report it based on their jobs with no leeway. Biden may have an out for not reporting it.

The only source for this is Rudy himself.  Rudy goes on to say that the laptop has text messages on it.
Are you tech illiterate?  No one uses a laptop to receive text messages.

Rudy may be the only named source, but he has shared texts with state police and the FBI is finally looking at it. The FBI tried to hide it, but now they can't since it is out there. Notice no one is saying the laptop doesn't exist, the images and texts aren't real.
