Besides, if Joe Biden profited off of any of these deals, the income would either be on his tax return or he would be guilty of tax evasion.  His tax returns are public, and the money for any supposed deal with his son is not on them.  So he probably didn't receive any money.

I hope you are being sarcastic.  If not, how could you ever believe that illegal income is going to be claimed on a crook's tax return.

Crooks usually don't claim their illegal income. It's often easier for investigators to prove that the income existed, but taxes were not paid, than it is for them to prove that the income itself was illegal.  Al Capone is the classic case of that.
Marty is saying, that with Biden's tax returns being public, it is relatively easy for any journalist to find probable cause for Biden evading taxes - if he evaded them.
