You know what happens when you tell a GM he can build for the future and do a complete patient tear down plan? You get David and Gus. The Jets might go winless. I think we end up in the 3 to 5 range we don't seem to move to the top of the dung heap at the right times.

I'm not quoting your post Kane because it is all good information an implies a positive strategy we obviously need to follow. Will we do it? I guess it depends on giving Dave the hook and figuring out a real strategy and functional arrangement for long term draft and development.
