I’ve been fairly pessimistic the last few seasons (and for good reason). That’s mainly because all the Jags good players were shown the door while bad ones were kept. Then the Jags had no QB or future QB. And then on top of that, bad/lame duck coaches. Game 1 gave everyone Hope saying “look! We won’t be bad!”...... nope. Same old Jags.

However, now the Jags are on target for a top 2 QB, a wealth of cap space and a new (hopefully offensive minded) HC.

That’s a lot to hit on but the opportunity is there and I don’t think it’s been there for a while.
