If those two are both off the board then I have no clue, but I think I could fairly safely rule Manziel out based on Dave's criteria and expressions when talking QBs and especially Manziel. 
 

Not saying either way, but if he were giving hints, the hints could just as easily suggest the opposite of his intentions, being that giving away hints to his actual draft strategy would only put him at a disadvantage.
