I hear ya. I'm very skeptical of him too, because he doesn't have any particular scheme or style that stands out. But he had a great eye for coordinators, and talent his first few years. They also did a good job of developing guys at the beginning of that run. 

My thing is that how in the other thread, I posted a list of past "retreads" who just didn't meet expectations at their first stop. But got to and or won a SB at their second job. Of any of the retread candidates, he seems the most likely to pull that off.

Well, him and McDaniels. But I don't think McDaniels is leaving New England.
