This seems to be the most common concern. A few people have wondered about his system translating to the NFL which is completely legit but most people seem concerned about his commitment or temperament. If he's here for 5 or 6 years but gets us into contention, then why should we care about possible hurt feelings?

Dude has been successful everywhere he's coached of that there is no denying. He's got the 3rd best coaching record in NCAA history. Does that translate? Who knows but I bet it would, especially if he gets coordinators with league experience.

Anyway, it's all just a rumor at this point.

I am not worried as much about him being successful, I am worried about him bailing on us. I want a coach who is going to be here for the long haul. Not one who is going to fake a heart condition only to get a new coaching gig that he really wants.
