That seems to be the most common concern. Bitter Gator fans. Hey, if he were here 6 years and won a Superbowl and then left, I'm not going to be too pissed off about it, I'd be happy for the team's success.  If he comes in and bombs, he might fire himself from the stress without having to worry about Shad taking way to long to do it. 

My concerns are that he tends to be a hard [BLEEP] and we've seen that doesn't work that well in the NFL. And there's questions about his system but I think that could be mitigated a bit by hiring experienced coordinators.

Personally, if I were Shad, I'd probably hire a GM and let the GM pick the coach but I guess we'll find out what he's planning soon enough.
