His suspension is indefinite, and he has to apply for reinstatement when the 2014 season begins.

 

I've looked around, and the actual date is unclear.  I've read both "at the beginning of" and "just before the start of" the 2014 season.  Meaning, if taken literally, he may not be back until after the preseason games and cuts are over at the beginning of September... completely missing offseason workouts with the team and preseason games.
 

Wow. I hope it means start of training camp.
