you acknowledge his teams had discipline problems at the college level, how do you suppose that's going to magically get better when he's dealing with older players who have money and can demand trades?

This guy hasn't had to answer to anybody since he became head coach at Utah. That was like 15 years ago! And you think he's not just going to listen and learn what he needs to learn, but that he's going to learn it from his assistant coaches that he himself hired, who owe him their jobs?!
