Anyways I agree with FBT and agree it is a great hire, and to add, he brings more than just experience, he is used to winning, a winning culture, and helped prepare their defense to be ranked at the top of the NFL. He has been led by a great head coach and brings those habits and leadership with him. I'm excited about this hire.
