This is literally nothing. I've had this surgery twice on the same shoulder, which would be my non throwing shoulder. Would have zero impact to my ability to play QB, and I'm not even a 21 year old elite athlete like TLaw.

He'll recover fast and it won't affect his play whatsoever.
