Supposedly there is one from this month. I think the police will have to investigate but no one has called the cops or filed a police report after it happened. Those are big issues as there is zero evidence right now and everything is he/she said. If they have financial or scheduling messages saved, it shows he is probably a creep but very hard to prove criminal crimes. This also isn't an employment issue so just asking isn't necessarily improper.
