A WR who lines up at TE is still a WR. The beauty of the TE position is that the defense doesn't know if he's going to be a receiver, or a lineman. The defense doesn't know if he's going to be blocking or going out for a pass. Look at Rob Gronkowski. That's a TE. If Collin Johnson can annihilate a LB like Rob Gronkowski can, then he can be a TE. Otherwise, he's a WR. So, bottom line, I am very skeptical about the idea of bulking up a WR and calling him a TE. |
