2.  He let himself go AFTER the season, which means he put on a lot of weight between the end of the season and the Senior Bowl-maybe 2-3 weeks; or

3.  He was never in shape, which means either his coaches did not push him to get/stay in shape, or he was not responsive to coaching.  Does he know how to work enough to be a good pro?

This is what I am suspecting. He didn't look that fat and slow in the NCG. That is concerning he could gain so much weight in such a short time.
